and such semantics matter in the least why? The mere fact that they seek to formalize it in any way, shape, or form reveals who the more desperate party in the divorce is.

We got used to the fact that Somalia will overcome our economy after Brexit.
 
Look at the list of companies, a lot of them are global and won't be that affected by Brexit, companies like BAE, and Glaxo for example...

Just like you, I'm getting a bit old for late night drinking, but from what I gather you can drink till around 3am-4am if that's your thing...
