As much as I love Scotland and its culture, they have elected a pack of commies who don't care about spending.You think its good that the Union would end up being only England and Wales? No Scotland or Ireland? You really think thats a good thing?

That left a deficit for the year of £13.4bn, compared with £13.5bn the year before. Scotland’s deficit was equivalent to 7.9% of GDP, while for the UK as a whole it was 1.9%.
As for Ireland, it has caused nothing but trouble for the UK.
These unions were formed in the days before free trade was discovered, which supplants the reasons why these unions were created in the first place. Both nations would be much happier if they were on their own IMO. They can both go scurrying to the EU for gibs then.
