Oops. This won't be good for the narrative about Aaron Banks. Many Remoaners going to be sad about this. Most upset will be that crazy Carole Codswallop "journalist" (really an activist).

NCA Concludes Banks didn't break electoral law

The National Crime Agency has concluded that Aron Banks and Leave.EU did not commit a criminal offence after the Electoral Commission referred allegations to them.

The conclusion reads as follows:

The NCA investigation has concluded that:
  • Mr Banks took a loan from Rock Holdings Ltd, a company of which he is the ultimate beneficial owner. He was legally entitled to do so.
  • Mr Banks was legally entitled, in his capacity as an individual, to release these funds to Better for the Country Ltd, by instructing another of his companies, Rock Services Ltd, to make the transactions on his behalf.
  • Rock Holdings Ltd was not involved in these transactions in a manner which contravened PPERA.
The NCA has found no evidence that any criminal offences have been committed under PPERA or company law by any of the individuals or organisations referred to it by the Electoral Commission. It will therefore take no further action against Mr Banks, Ms Bilney, Better for the Country Ltd or Leave.EU in respect of this specific matter.

It's OK though... Chris saw this coming and it's obviously impartial and the judges are being nasty to bojo

And I’m sure that Chris will also say that with Bojo having been found guilty of lying to the queen he should now do the decent thing and resign?

Well it is very obvious to me that the judges will rule the suspension of parliament as illegal given the UK law profession's well known views on Brexit as outlined here:

Can we really expect impartial rulings?!

Wait, last week it would get thrown out because it was only the Scottish judges were biased. Now it’s the entire judiciary of the UK you are calling corrupt? Do you actually understand the implications of what you are saying?

And you have a cheek to call yourself British? It’s clear your loyalty is actually to a political party regardless of what the law says.

As I said before, you are comparable to an ANC lackey who shut up and looked the other way as Zuma screwed the country over. Absolutely spineless.

And I’m sure that Chris will also say that with Bojo having been found guilty of lying to the queen he should now do the decent thing and resign?

Of course not, he's not decent. He is an accomplished and proven liar however so this is just another day in the life of a self centred and selfish Conservative politician.

“The effect on the fundamentals of our democracy was extreme."

Pfft.

Bercow: Parliament to sit tomorrow at 11.30am

Commons Speaker John Bercow confirms parliament will sit at 11.30am tomorrow after the Supreme Court's ruling.

He says the ruling was "unambiguous" and the unlawful decision to suspend parliament was done at a "crucial time for our country".

Ah, the SS camp guard has arrived.

Especially this line from the ruling...

“The effect on the fundamentals of our democracy was extreme."

I'm sure if this was said about any politician of any party, or even the Tories with a back bone (I know, it's a stretch) who actually believe in democracy, you'd be screaming for their heads. So isn't this enough to embarrass Johnson into stepping down?

'cuse me, this is not 1984. The MPs who you claim believe in democracy are the ones who have voted against holding an election twice.
