Well how much of a choice did he have when the parliament completely fscked him over. The parliament forced him to accept any deal or extend hoping he would extend indefinitely.
It probably will because the house doesn't carw about a deal they are remoaners no matter what.![]()

Reality was the cold hard truth for BJ.
The Queen herself even said there will be an exit 31/10/2019. If I was Boris, I will now delay putting it to house till about 2 or 3 days before 31/10/2019. That will leave him with no chance to ask an extension and BOOM No-Deal exit.
I notice you don't really understand what is happening or how the Queen's speech is written...
Wait, are you denying there will be an Exit 31/10/2019? Deal or no Deal?
There will be a spectacular fight. The Brexiters will say they are now out. The remoaners will say no it is extended because of their law that says it needs to be extended. And who ever has the biggest balls will win. Which will probably be the remoaners because they'll tantrum and the Brexiteers will eventually give in.Wait, are you denying there will be an Exit 31/10/2019? Deal or no Deal?
PM will write letter to EU asking for Brexit delay if no deal by Saturday
Boris Johnson will write a letter to the EU asking for a delay to Brexit beyond 31 October if he fails to get an exit deal approved by parliament by Saturday night, the Brexit secretary has confirmed.
Stephen Barclay told a committee of MPs on Wednesday that the prime minister will "comply" with legislation, aimed at blocking a no-deal Brexit at the end of the month, passed by opposition MPs last month.

You should perhaps make yourself acquainted with the Scottish court case as Scots law allows the court to make the extension request on Johnson's behalf.
If no deal happens it will have serious legal repercussions for Bojo.
Can he ask for a one day extension?
He is compelled by law to request an extension, doesn't mean it's going to happen (the extension)
Can he ask for a one day extension?
The Benn Act requires the Prime Minister to send a letter requesting an extension from 31 October 2019 to 31 January 2020 in the event that the Commons neither (a) approves the text of a draft withdrawal agreement, nor (b) approves no-deal. If neither occurs by 19 October 2019, the letter must issue in terms set out in the Schedule to the Act.
If the European Council accepts the proposed extension dates, the PM must agree (s.3(1)). If the Council counter-offers a different date, the PM must accept that different date if he cannot within two days persuade the Commons to pass a motion allowing him to reject it (s.3(2)-(3)).
Wont' be long and they will be trying to make BJ the bad guy...Was I referring to the DUP?

Boris Johnson will travel to Brussels later for a crunch EU summit as efforts continue to win support for his proposed Brexit deal from MPs at home.
The prime minister needs the EU to approve his plans at the gathering in order to avoid delaying Brexit beyond the scheduled 31 October deadline.
But in Westminster, the Democratic Unionist Party said it cannot support the proposals "as things stand".
The party's support is seen as crucial if Parliament is to approve his plans.
