So, correct me if I’m wrong, but didn’t Boris Johnson resign from the cabinet to oppose the deal he’s now promoting?

Of course the only real difference is that the bit he swore to the DUP that he wouldn’t change, he’s changed?

And now that he has sold out NI, he needs to go grovel to get the support of the people he kicked out of his party???

Lol. You couldn’t make it up.

I would LOVE to know what Chris thinks of this deal now. Considering how bad Mays deal was and how this is essentially the same thing. And I’m sure we all remember how you attacked the May deal and it’s supporters.

This was patently obvious from the first time this farking stupid idea raised its ugly head. At what point does some common farking sense take hold of these moron's brains?
But the economy growing by less doesn't mean the bank accounts of certain people won't grow more by leaving. In the case of others like Farage he just latches onto whatever gets him into the spotlight. He might of course have something set up to make him some money in the event of leaving the EU, but he wouldn't need it and his history demonstrates that he is just a political opportunist. His prime motivation is to stir up trouble and keep himself in the news. There is definitely an element of that in the case of Johnson too. And getting power at any cost.

Lol logic seems to be lost on most remoaners and Nigel Farce.

Brexit comes first, by whatever means nessecery.
A better deal would have been preferred, but that has been taken of the table by the remoaners in parliament when they kept on going against Boris. And by May who couldn't negotiate and didn't want to leave in the first place.

This is what's left.

Lol just more delay tactics. Now that things isn't going his way he wants more votes. He had all the time in the world to call a new election, but didn't want to.

It’s essentially the same deal as May proposed. Why on earth would they all vote differently now just because Johnson wants them to? Shouldn’t you be attacking Johnson for doing a complete u turn on his original stance, rather than Corbin for not changing his?

Or, oh no, do you think Johnson only opposed the original deal to further his political career?

It’s the same deal apart from Johnson selling out the Ulster unionists. You know, the ones he promised not to sell out?

Why didn’t he support it in the first place?

No. Johnson did what he could. I don't blame him for the shît deal.

And they'll vote differently now because they are scared of a no deal exit, but hopefully they reject this deal and get a no deal exit. That would be better.

Maybe he gave a same **** deal knowing it will be down voted. Maybe he knows EU won't extend when he will be legally obligated to ask for one. He can then leave EU without deal as he wants on 31 Oct.

If this theory is correct, BJ played the game like a genius. Looking forward to see how things pan out over next two weeks.

Interesting times indeed. But I think you give Johnson too much credit. He is and always has been only in politics for himself. I don’t think he actually cares if it’s a good, bad or no deal at all.

I believe all politicians are in it for themselves. Dislike the lot.

Said no one ever. But sure, Popcorn at the ready for the vote then.

ORrrrrrrrr they COULD hold another referendum PROPERLY worded in which SANITY might prevail and they stay in the EU.

Funny thing is, tightening border control and limiting immigration of mainly Eastern European’s seems to be a big driving force for the man in the street, if not the main reason for voting leave.

And of course, this deal changes absolutely nothing. EU citizens are still free to come and go as they please unchecked, while most people in the UK don’t actually know that there are currently rules in place to limit immigrants entitlements to state benefits, that the UK chooses not to implement.

You know everyone said hold elections. But the communist leader didn't want to call for an election after he capture the parliament illegitimately. That would have settled it as Brexit would have been the main theme.

You can't just call for more voting now as a delay tactic.

Not sure what you mean by properly worded, it was pretty straight forward as it should be. The only people moaning about the referendum are the ones that voted to remain. You can't keep asking for referendums until it goes in your favour.

You can't keep forcing your idiotic view of the world as an isolationist racist xenophobic neo-nazi wanker either.

There is not enough support for a 2nd referendum: https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/ar...hnsons-deal-dropped-not-Tory-rebels-plan.html

Also Jezza somewhat backtracked later in the day about that. Like many on the far left he's more obsessed with gaining power and is actually a life long Brexiteer. However, he keeps refusing an election because he knows he will lose at this stage and this would have to resign...

Ronnie Campbell, a Labour MP, gives an icy response to Starmer.

It's called democracy. The politicians against leaving and fighting against leaving are undemocratic as they are not serving the will of the majority.

Stamping your feet and moaning about how it's not fair afterwards is tough luck, but it's the way of the leftard knows how to deal with loss, acting like a child and throwing tantrums. They only believe their wants, needs and opinions matter, but also want to preach tolerance and acceptance...hypocrites.

oh please Brexit from the get-go was about that delightful class of British people who have been railing against Pakkies coming over and taking their jobs for years. This has just changed to include migrants from countries like Poland who come over and do the shite jobs none of them want to do because that might actually involve stopping their social benefits and *gasp* working!
