There doesn't seem to be much talk about CBD oil around here. I've decided to start compiling a list of resources about CBD Oil South Africa so that other forumites can learn about it.

I'm busy testing out a few products at the moment. I'm no expert, but will report back on my experiences. Here's a bit of info for the rookies to get started.

Has anyone used any products that work for them? A few products I've been trying: africanpure plus CBD, Koi CBD roll on (great for back ache) and the Biomedcan CBD chocolate was a tasty treat.
So, apart from tasting nice, what did they do for you? I mean answer your own question as well. The one for back ache, what else was in it?

THC oil ftw.... Cancer benefits were amazing and no more back pain from a degeneration.
Cbd is a load of rubbish as far as I'm concerned

I took a CBD shot yesterday - honestly tasted like a fart mixed with Bioplus.

And I felt absolutely nothing in terms more energy or focus. Just left a kak taste in my mouth all day.
CBD certainly won't give you more energy. It's supposed to be anxiety relief, relaxation, sleep, pain relief.

Took it for a while but didn't do much for me and it's blerry expensive.

I'm not claiming CBD to do anything. I've just been testing it out and thought I'd see how others find it. To be honest I've been disappointed by the results in general. And yes, the roll on has like 15 essential oils - it's great :)

Theres a reason why store bought CBD is allowed to be bought in store and that same reason is why it does not really do anything.

I personally think everyone is different, I have a friend with quite a bit of anxiety and he says the cbd oil (25mg) a day keeps him motivated and focused, he gave me a tablet (I have no anxiety) I felt no perceivable effects.

I was vaping CBD oil a while back, after a good amount of vaping I started to feel a bit in a different headspace, wouldn't say it was a good feeling for me though, tough to describe, almost like a mild high, marijuanna itself does not agree with me though (like I said, everyone is different)

Maybe its placebo? Maybe not? It is a chemical so I suppose there is bound to be some reaction perceivable or not

I know CBD doesn't give you energy, but I didn't give me any focus or anxiety relief either. It just tasted like Bioplus mixed with something else unpleasant.

I don't think a single dose of CBD is going to do anything to you anyways. You're supposed to take it regularly over time and increase dosage if necessary. So yah, whatever you took is prob rubbish :)

I've bought the Rethink brand that Clicks sell to help with some pain/inflammation issues. It did nothing for that. But it's been about three weeks now and I'm getting the best sleep in years. Started from the first day.

SO tried it out and it had no effects.

Do you take one everyday? R50 bucks a day is kinda hectic, or maybe I'm just a pauper...
