I even klapped a few Windhoeks, a Red (merlot I think), a Jager or two and a medium cream sherry (1 glass) while thinking of your cooking crisis!

Took a pill or two in preparation this morning and have a "kit" in case of emergency... 2x Diclofenac, 2x Napacod and 1x Colchicine.

Cooked a turkey on the weber as well as a lamb and a pork neck in the oven. Turkey was done ahead of schedule (its a weber thing) but all in all everything was cooked to perfection.

It was all for last night so there was a bit of a blower on. I don't get all the fuss in the OP - cook it and be done.

Remember his trusty Weber is legless, not sure if he has procured a prosthetic limb for it yet.
