Great beer that....Woodstock Brewery has some really nice stuff.

That Soul Barrel Live culture really intrigued me:
A Pinotage Cape Wild Ale.
A farmhouse ale fermented in a oak barrel with wild yeast for 6 months.
After ageing is complete the beer is blended with citrus and sage fynbos and a huge dose of hops.
A secondary fermentation happens with Pinotage grapes added.
So looking forward to my trip to soul barrel!Got these today and having a few tonight with my rum tasting...

Well if you visit the tasting room at The Spice Route (Paarl) you are in for a treat. Plenty to do. CBC, Wine, Chocolate, Gin, biltong and good pizza.Going to try try some when I'm down there of that too! Sooooo many great beers to try.
