Wont lie the thought of this one scared me a bit as I have said before I do not like US style IPA - BUT there is something about the sour that works or at least works for me. Im enjoying it little sip at a time and every sip is an ABSOLUTE EXPLOSION of passion fruit definitely I style I would not have chosen before but will defintely try again in the future. West coast IPA is last one left. Speaking of which isnt there a new tiny keg?

I also realised its so sour i cant taste any bitterness

Now we're making progress.

I cannot believe the nose on this beer...Turkish Delight, rosewater...ending a marzipan. And then that creamy, nutty palate. Heavenly stuff...
I haven't had any of my Trappist beers in a while...which is a good thing. Now I am enjoying it again and getting into the nuance of it all.
