Got a variety for the evening, gilroys traditional and serious, long Beach porter and a growler red ale

Aegir is one of my favorite SA breweries. Not available around these parts but always grab some when I'm in the Cape

Boom Shaka Lager down the drain...
Overcarbonated and definitely not a lager taste. Had a slight sourness to it. Might have been off.

I haven't had one in a while though.
All I remember is the metallic aftertaste.
Maybe need to try again some time.

Maybe just me but never experienced metallic taste. Try the long claw - very refreshing.
