The Craft Beer Thread

Speaking of 4kg, I wish I was 4kg lighter today.

Not a big fan of the Bone Crusher but seeing as it is the name of the killer 75K ride they had this tasted very good after 1700m of climbing. Did get a nice Thunder Bird IPA at the finish along with a beer glass.

There is a 75km ride this weekend in Heidelberg GP.
Not sure if I'll be able to do 75km, only managed 50km thus far.
BTW for the okes in the Heidelberg/Nigel region, there is a restaurant in Nigel called picanhas
They have Picanhas, CBC, Jack Black's and Devlis Peak on tap.
Sampled one too many, since the pizza was taking long

who knows of a good (or any) Octoberfest style beer available year round in JHB? preferably in a bottle?

Baggies se gat, I prefer comfort over looks.
I got myself a well padded bib just the other day.

I once saw a dude trying to piss without taking his bib off, it was a careful maneuver of leaning forward and pissing with the right force so you don't hit the chin or pee in your bibs. He had skills, I'll give him that, but now only hot chicks should wear tight pants. Get yourself a pair of baggies and start looking cool. They do have padding when you need to look cool on the longer rides

:D True, at least I'm in baggies and not toight voël verklikers. The week before we rode though Saggy Stone and they had California Stream on tap, very good beer.

Comparing the pic with your avatar, looks like you picked up weight. Or is the helmet making the cheeks so round? :p
