Last I heard, Harambe was banned from Liquor City Claremont. Vol 4 might be there though as it has a less blasphemous label.

Not when I have Liquor City claremont nearby :X3:.

Some nice looking stuff on there tho, but the size of the packs is a bit much for me. Prefer buying a lot of different things than 8 or 12 of something I might not like. Your Vol. 4 Black Imperial IPA tho...that available in store?

Regarding the hop IPA/APA/pale ale debate.
My 2c:

The bitterness of hops come from the boil. To get aroma from hops, one tends to add it late in the boil or dry hop. It's entirely possible to have a low-ish IBU pale ale style beer that has been hopped to death post-boil (one year at our company beer fest the dude who won- Irish red ale- also had an IPA there hopped with half a kilo of hops).

Some good reading on hops:

^ Snap!
It's very nice, but with a name like that it can be way more bitter and I'd still enjoy it.

Same. The best way to enjoy a beer is exactly how I want to.
Completely agree, but I feel like everyone should at least experiment a bit. Stouts offer a lot more at slightly warmer temperatures. It "warms up", like it's supposed to taste, as warmer temperatures. Some people don't like it, and that's fine, but I feel everyone should at least give it a shot at some point. Some stouts are even supposed to be enjoyed warm (room temp), but I also can't stomach that.

Also, since stouts are often quite carbonated (part of the style), I like to get them ice cold, then pour, and then wait a few minutes after the initial sip or two. It settles in the glass, carbonation relaxes and it warms up just a tad. It's nice.

Also, this chat reminds me that I have a nice stout at home. Hazeldean and Frontier's Collab brew, called the Haymaker Round 2. Port barrel aged and finally bottle conditioned imperial stout, at 8% ABV. 660ml bottle. It's going to be a flavour bomb, right up my alley with red fruits and dark chocolate. That's how I like my stouts!

@BCO What's with the sugar ingredient in the Harambe Black IPA? For flavor, fermentation?
