Took my wife to her voting station (Voortrekker Park, Strand) where the police removed a Agang SA representative and that he may not gain entry to any IEC designated area for the rest of the day. Don't know the story, but the IEC presiding officer was on the phone with the IEC mumbling ANC in every second breath and said the man won't gain entry again. When we left the police was talking to him at his car.
 
There were a bunch of anc okes hanging around outside and shouting random rumblings at people but the cops chased them off. Also very very white queue
 
Sapa reported a low voter turnout was low in most of Limpopo by mid-afternoon on Wednesday, a provincial ANC official said. They urged people to come out and vote.

"We have learnt through our party agents that voter turnout is low in most parts of the province," ANC provincial spokesperson Khumbudzo Ntshavheni said.

Good...lower turnout has thought to benefit the opposition...

had the same thing over here in eshowe (neae nkandla) ANC had set up right on the edge of the voting area... at the most they were 5m away...

Edit also the provincial and national ballots where all put in the same box...:confused:

The ANC erected a gazebo at my voting station, I felt like giving them the finger.

Thats good then :D the ANC tents were also fine here, they were in the right area outside the fence and had no promotional banners.
 
Took 5 mins. Didn't see any party agents only IEC people and no table set up anywhere
 
Lol, sitting here at the voting station and the Agang party agent just told me he voted DA. Lol
