If this is the case - lets say ANC go with EFF to get them over the 50%. That would mean we're worse off than we are now, not so?

Yes, because the ANC would have to adopt some of the policies of the EFF in order to get them to ally with them.
And the EFF policies are bad for this country.

What if no other party want to join to ANC ? Is there something to say they have to?

And the ANC ones aren't?

I wish I could burn all the ANC posters around Cape Town.

But, that would be wrong :p

So what's the best that we could hope for? ANC + anyone besides EFF?

No, not as bad.

e.g. ANC take back the farm land and compensate the farmer. EFF take back the farm land with no compensation.

Bad example, the ANC are busy passing a new law and have admitted that the 'willing buyer willing seller' principal isn't working. The ANC will start taking land without any compensation just after the election.

Not without a constitutional amendment.

http://www.justice.gov.za/legislation/legprocess.htm

A Constitution Amendment Bill which aims to affect changes to the basic values of the Constitution requires a supporting vote of at least 75% of the members of the National Assembly and of at least six provinces in the NCOP in order to be passed. Proposed changes to the Bill of Rights require a supporting vote of at least two-thirds of the members of the Assembly and of at least six provinces in the NCOP in order to be passed.

Don't know where you got that from...
The ANC has admitted that the 'willing buyer willing seller' principal isn't working but they have not said the solution is taking land without any compensation.
They will continue to compensate with market related prices - the only difference is that if the seller is not willing to sell, the land claim courts can order that the sale goes through irrespective. There will still be compensation though.

That can't be right. Other than special cases, people get 2 papers, 1 provincial and 1 national. I would assume that they print extras as well.
