No, the game should have been played. Far too much to lose by postponing. My god, I am agreeing with Supasta and Kule

I have seen games played in much worse conditions.

I will admit though, as much as the rain didnt help the Swiss' passing game, they sure did string some great moves together and had the Turkish midfield bamboozled at times.
