For Italy yes. You need a centre forward you can't start with cassano-dell piero they are too small. Toni would be in my Italian team each day.

Three performances, four after the Portugal game.
Thats very sad! Toni misses more chances than any striker in the modern game. Im sure you know that. I think the reason why Luca gets all the hate is cos of all the golden opportunites in front of goal that he misses!

No but he is the best centre forward. Italy has a lot of support strikers but not a lot of centre forwards. Toni is better than borielo and gilardino.

Three poor performances with two of them against very weak opposition. They have underperformed thus far. It's that simple.
Its sad how you under rate the Germans. Yet, watch them beat Portugal then you will blame the other team for not showing up on the day.
