The F-35 thread

It’s in the interesting article.

It an f35 thread. Not the personAl vendettas for whackjobs thread. Rather take it elsewhere with your mate bulkkake.

Please show where I've posted anything remotely "personal vendetta for whackjobs". I posed a simple question, the Daily Heil always has an agenda, and if the article tries to make out that a Marine captain has access to a program with the highest rating of security in the US military it deserves to be asked.

Wut is big enough (and ugly enough) to make his own complaints and even though we often debate each other there is no "vendetta" between @Wut and me. I'm sure he will confirm.

So maybe stop being a white knight for people who don't need it.

You guys are funny. I'm sure this has to be a sexual thing. Does the winner of "I have the most top secrety, cool spy operative, believe me because I'm a recce that was born in 1995", get a reach around from the rest?

Not sure about the small arms fire theory, but I had the software conversation with American and British military consultants in Northern Mozambique in 2021. Didn't pertain to the aircraft in question specifically, but the opinion was that security is like a sieve where the private sector and the military meet. Nothing far fetched about breaches in security. They were of the opinion that we would be seeing passenger planes or military planes dropping out of the skies soon. Also had serious concerns about takeovers of military drones.

Isn't this like classic Broken Arrow ****?

And what the hell is Daily Heil?

You could be described as "funny" as well, but not as humorous, you do tell marvellous anecdotes with absolutely nothing to do with what I said though...

You don't have google in your little corner of northern Mozambique where you meet your USAF secret squirrels?

WTH man?! You know I am handsome AF! But yeah, we don't have any vendetta between us. Bukkake @buka001 though. It's not the first time he has made accusations and then hidden behind walls of text when called out on them.

So no answer from padvinder Dave? Anyone else? Do we have to wait for @Cosmik Debris to return with his superior military knowledge?

Where do you guys get your military expertise from? In all the years, I never knew that it was possible to have so much intuition.

Where did I make any reference to having superior military knowledge, Mo-Reece?

It is quite troubling that you are somehow able to operate a computer but so incapable of understanding what the question is...

Enlighten us. What's the question? Maybe try to answer without asking someone to Google it.

Here's a revolutionary idea, why not go back and read the posts and [SHOCK! HORROR!] you might read and understand the point I was questioning, Mo-Reece.
That was what I was expecting. Also, do you have a problem with my name?

@Wut and @buka001 you kow what the question is?
I think Daffy was questioning the Daily Mail  Something about them trusting the credibility of a former Captain in the US Marines. I guess Daffy thinks that a Captain can't possibly know anything about the equipment used in the same branch of the military that he served in. /s

That's my point, Wuttie, he wasn't in the same branch. He was a tanker. It's a bit like a B-2 pilot claiming to be an expert on the Abrams.

Tanks and jets are a little different, from what I remember.

And I'd add, it was posed as a question, not a statement of fact. Something your white knights didn't get...

He was a Marine in the Marine Corps and the F-35B was a Marine Corps jet. So the same branch Daf.

In simple terms, the U.S. Armed Forces are made up of the six military branches: Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marine Corps, Navy and, most recently, Space Force.
Your analogy of a B-2 and Abrams would actually be two separate branches. Air Force for the B-2 and Army for the Abrams.

Tenuous connection, he served in the 1st and 2nd Marine Tank Battalion and was a TV journalist as well, never a pilot and they don't have the F-35 in a Tank Battalion.

That's like asking a school janitor to act as an expert on the Education budget for next year.

Your analogy of a B-2 and Abrams would actually be two separate branches. Air Force for the B-2 and Army for the Abrams.

The analogy was just the other way around, a jet pilot would have zero expertise on running an Abrams, unfortunately there isn't a branch that operates fast jets and tanks anymore.

So you didn't post a BS conspiracy theory, alongside an equally as stupid BS conspiracy theory?

I posted a screenshot of a theory floating around. I even said I wasn't sure how true it was, but you locked on in your typical attack dog mentality like you've done multiple times.

Sure call everything a conspiracy even when the cyber security flaws have been known for years and still not addressed.

Why did the pilot eject from what seemed like a perfectly serviceable aircraft which continued to fly itself for miles on autopilot? Why did the wingman return to base immediately instead of confirming chute deployment and then following the wayward aircraft as in standard OPs for aircraft that pose a threat to people or property on the ground?

Does a guy who drives a tank, know how specialist communication technology that only operates on high class stealth fighters/bombers work? Or did he just talk BS, so he could get a couple of pounds from the DailyMail?
Maybe. I know a guy who drives a Ford Focus who'll put you on a square metre on Venus. He has quite an education though.

Without stepping into your argument, it has been reported this happened in bad weather.

Have you seen this?
