Huge buzz surrounding the Bradford City-Millwall replay. I follow Bradford on Facebook and they desperately want a payday away to Chelsea while Millwall fans just want a piece of the old foe.

Bradford get their payday with a 4-0 thumping of Millwall. Bit of a fiery encounter as well.

Bradford City in brawl with Millwall as FA Cup clash turns nasty at Valley Parade

Bradford City's FA Cup third round replay against Millwall descended into chaos at Valley Parade in the first-half as their players and staff became embroiled in a mass brawl on the touchline.

Millwall's Alan Dunne pushed Bradford's James Hanson, forcing the striker into the advertising hoardings. That sparked a touchline bust-up with almost the entire playing and coaching staff involved.

Referee James Adcock seemingly missed at least two punches from Millwall keeper David Forde who
had sprinted 30 yards to get involved.

This would be a good season for Van Gaal to grab an FA Cup and buy himself plenty more time.

Van Gaal isn't going to win a single trophy. United forget that at this stage Moyes already had at least 1 trophy.

Moyes was fired because he had showed he can't manage the team. Embarrassing tactics, trying the same thing over and over again, cringeworthy comments every time he was interviewed etc. He clearly wasn't right for the club.

Van Gaal, on the other hand, has a winning mentality, knows how to behave, tries new things and adapts to what works and what doesn't, employs tactics that make sense etc. United is much, much better off with him than they were with Moyes.

And you have no basis to claim that LvG isn't going to win anything. That which can be asserted without evidence can be dismissed without evidence.

So you say. A man who keeps forcing a back 3 when the team can't play properly with that formation. Oh wait he's Van Gaal, he can't be criticized. Playing Di Maria out of position also makes him a master tactician.

The players didn't play for Moyes that's all there is to it.

With the amount of money he's used in transfer market you can't say he's better considering the results.

Remember this post. Utd under Van Gaal will not make the top 4.

You're just showing how little you know about football. It wasn't about the back 3, it was about what was going on around them. Van Gaal was trying new tactics and new formations. And there of course have been occasions when he had little choice thanks to the number of injuries and unfit players. He's already said that he needed to try Di Maria as a striker to see how he performed, which is a position we're unlikely to see him return to. The injuries Van Gaal has had to deal with have been ridiculous, so much of what he's doing now he'd have liked to have done months ago.

The difference between Van Gaal and Moyes is as clear as day to anyone who regularly watches United play and has functional long term memory. When particular players playing in a particular position tried to execute a particular set of tactics and miserably failed, we never see it repeated. With Moyes we saw it repeated week in and week out. Van Gaal is actually capable of learning from his mistakes.
