Yeah it's about to make a record yearly income. Fun game tbh, if you can accept bugs and incomplete features. Dynamic events are the best thing to play with friends.

There's a free-fly event from November 18th if anyone wants to try it out/see progress.

I tried on Friday but coming off RDR I thought its a tad too soon to play another western so I hopped over to Mafia. Odd thing about mafia it plays just 20 years after RDR so its kind a like seeing the world after the old west and what Marston son would have seen at late 30.

The bit I did play looks bloody good, in fact its so good that I don't think I would have played RDR at all if I started with RDR2 first.

Only reason I haven't played it yet is because of its size lol. I don't like leaving anything on for hours while I'm not at home etc, especially not with this load shedding business.

But I should probably just get it over with. Will see what happens when I'm done with my current games.

I'm on the opposite boat. I need to "waste" an extra 30w in order to trigger Bloat charge on my Mercer with LFP's. My series X use exactly 30W in Suspend mode so works out nicely.

But I should probably just get it over with. Will see what happens when I'm done with my current games.

Actually they getting small again:
ie: RDR2 was 150 gig on XbOne & PC and is only 100 gig on Series X
A lot has to do with media that was duplicated for faster access off disc, this no longer needed cause of SSD's

The Mafia remake really annoyed me. Hate it because you can't ride trains or trams like in the original . Strange that it was possible 20 years ago but not today lol. Have they patched it in yet or is it still the same?

Did not try to but will check tonight.

I did play 2 back in the day but not 1 so for me this is like a new game.

It's not a bad remake but I prefer the original which was far more immersive. Quite a few things I loved in the original didn't make it (and some missions were ruined) in the remake.

Combat in the remake is far better though and the game definitely looks amazing.

Nope.

but to be honest riding trams or trains does not add or subtract anything from the game. Far more fun to drive where you wanna go.
