Well - they have put it in their Ts and Cs that you must go to pay and not wait for the invoice.

Many of the silly things in SANRAL's Terms & Conditions are actually part of amendments to acts. So in some cases it's not so much agreeing to them as them being laws. I'll see if I get a chance to make a list today.
 
Did shopping at the Edenvale Hyperama on Saturday and there was a queue of about 6 to 7 at the Kiosk getting tagged. Mostly older people

Hans Strijdom / Solomon whatshisname in PTA on route to the Waterkloof airbase, highway and any other route are a jam for at least 30 minutes every morning. This is with the two schools on the way closed.

Now tell me if MR Fat FAt and his cronies wants to come to the waterkloof airbase will we get shot at for not moving fast enough?

Everything they've done with regards to the start up of this scam points to nothing but stupidity and greed. I mean, the 3rd of December? Really?

I can only imagine that with the ANC making their name arse lately as only they can do, that possibly their plan is to cancel this whole thing just before the elections and show the subjects, I mean 'people', that they're actually the good guys.

Or is that just wishful thinking?
 
I was just pulled over on Witkoppen for a "random traffic stop". The very first question the pig asked me was do i have an e-tag. I said no and he said they were giving fines out for it now. I told him its fine, just write clearly on the ticket that the fine is for no e-tag. He just looked at me, walked around the car, got in his car and drove off. Fecking aashole. I took his nr plate and will be reporting it
 
SANRAL credit rating affirmed

The SA National Roads Agency Limited's (Sanral) credit rating has been affirmed by rating agency Moody's Investors Service, according to Business Report on Monday.

Sanral's credit rating has been downgraded three times since February last year and was placed under review for a downgrade in September, according to the report.

However, following the implementation of e-tolling on Gauteng's highways last week, Moody's said on Friday that it had confirmed Sanral's rating with a negative outlook.

The negative outlook incorporated the operational risks associated with e-toll collection, Moody's said.

Sanral's credit rating outlook mirrored the negative outlook on South Africa's sovereign rating.
