Gameboy had the handheld gaming community hooked 4 a long time...Must say im not a fan of the PSP, reminds me of PS1 gfx tbh I got over the PS1 when PS2 came out

I think there are different answers.
But lets not get confused between greatest and most successful although to a degree that has to come into it!

Greatest has to be the ps1, as Doobi said it brought Gaming to the mainstream and suddenly it was everywhere, it was cool to be a gamer.

Agreed. Nes brought high res graphics while Atari was the original for us in SA
