The Haka.

Does anyone else enjoy watching the New Zealand Haka, i love it and always turn the sound up on the tv as it gives me goosebumps just to hear and see it being performed.

I love the haka, its unique and pumps upt he NZ players.

Wish we could get a zulu tribal dance or something, would be really funny watching all the afrikaaners doing a tribal dance

actually in the 1920's the springboks had a similiar kind of thing to the haka, was based on a zulu war dance. Jake white was thinking of using it in the the world cup, but decided against it.

Personally I dont really care for the haka, I feel they are just wasting time, trying to postpone the inevitable of us crushing them!!

I saw a Veteran English side play a Veteran All Blacks side... once the NZ had finished the Haka the English guys formed a Haka like stance and started doing a Haka like prayer but instead of the usual chanting, they were singing 'Baa Baa Black Sheep'

The haka is one of the reasons the All Blacks do so well.

The passion and adrenaline that rush through their bodies after that makes them just play that much better i feel, apart from world cups

I dig the haka. It must be quite something standing in front of them as they perform it before a match.

I prefer some of the earlier versions of it where they all jump up at the end. The ending is a bit tame at the moment.
