Recently I have been spending a lot of time in the kitchen, especially at night, which has resulted in far too many late night snacks! These have all been of the unhealthy sort like crisps, chocs, biscuits etc and I want to start snacking on tasty but healthy recipes rather.
I reckon snacking is probably one of the biggest causes of weight-gain so I am hoping you can share some of your ideas for a healthy snack that can replace crisps and biscuits!
