Im giving the country a bad name? I stand up to those that b1tch and complain about every little thing. I am for this country in everything (exept cricket!:p ) Im not a racist but I do know many in this country are, someone mentioned the old SA flag in Centurion mall I saw so many youngsters wearing the Old SA flag t-shirts, That hurt deep down there was more oppression then than there is now. Why support it?[/COLOR]

See now your picking a fight.

I would love to know your age. I'm 26 and I can honestly say that I have never part took in any Racist activities or has any of My " Black" friends and co-workers of my age and younger... So unless you have Grand children don't play the Old SA flag trick.

I don't see wearing the T-shirt with the old flag on it as racist, although people from a older generation would. I see it as a young generation that is starting to get pissed off at having to pay for what their parents and grandparents did. Maybe even a search for their roots.

I Love the flag because it's part of where I come from.

Like Chaka is to Zulu's. It's a part of History. To take away the flag is like saying 1000's of Soldiers died on the Border protecting what we have now for nothing. Bullsh.t

We don't own the flag because of appartheid. We are honouring the people that had defended this country on the Border, In Angola etc. Once again your making an assumption... assumtion is the mother of all fu.kups.

That is why this country is in the state it's in.

Hardly suffered under the apartheid regime then eh? ;)

It's a fact, seeing how old you are. Also, it was, however tenuously, put as a question.

If you come from Pretoria you should be the last person to post any Racist remarks. I have lived in PTA for 16 years of my life and that must be one of the most Racist "free" areas. There is exclusions though.

O ja and being Donnered by a White guy because of an arguement doesn't make it Racist.

Well I do have a story and a tiny scar lol.

What???? Come now even today Pretoria is bad!
You remember that Fishermans Kitchen in "Verwoedburgstad?" We had to pay someone to buy for us. The one next to that put put course?? I used to watch from the fence...

You remember the bowling alley in Arcadia? We couldnt even buy a Slush Puppie from inside, and if they through us out of there then Super Spud (baked potatoe shop) wouldnt allow us in either.

We were well of those days and driving a Bm 730i didnt help us anymuch either. Thats another story.

Ok so do I get this right ?

U where driving a BM 730i ! (Ok so I can't assume you where from the previoulsy dis-advantaged)

There's the problem right there. You drove a bm. What did you expect? :p

Seriously, Scaryside (or Scummyside) was never the cultural hub of Pretoria, or the best example of civilization. Everybody got sh1tty treatment in that place. But I must admit I haven't been thrown out of places or refused service (although bad service is rife).
