We humans are omnivores. The lack of fruit and veg will shorten your lifespan considerably.
Yeah, it's not that simple. LDL may increase in the short term, but significantly decreases in the longer term, while HDL may increase.
So you are saying Eskimos don't live long lives?
Lemme rephrase that - 'quality of life'.
Inside the igloos the quality of life is sky-high.
Except for the ones shacked up with quarrelsome wives.
Artificially supressing this nature by only eating meat will just lead to problems in the future.
Are those tears metaphorical substrate though ?Thought JP survived on a diet of libtard tears.
It depends on what you mean by libtard and it also depends on what you mean by tears. This is a very complex proposition.
One must acknowledge the underlying verisimilitude that is irrevocably nested within a multi-layered metaphysical substrate which many people fundamentally conflate with their ideological presuppositions with no uncertain irregularity.
I can't stress enough that this causes the inadvertent dismissal of Jung's archetypal extrapolation of the quintessential axiomatic juxtaposition required to achieve Raskolnikov's magnitude of Neo-Marxist existential nihilism.. #repeat
I have been naturally eating only vegetarian diet due to upbringing and not really supressing the nature intentionally. Of course, childhood indoctrination plays a part but that is another story.Artifically supressing this nature by only eating meat will just lead to problems in the future.

I am pretty sure I have certain deficiencies (@ShaunSA - thanks for your valuable incoming input), but I would say I am as healthy / unhealthy as any other average person.
How would you judge these "problems", in any case?
Same here .Plenty of beans & vegetables has kept away any possible issues.I'm also vegetarian from birth by my own choice. I was always told that I can choose by my folk.
The trick is to eat a balanced meal with enough complete proteins (beans+maize) and enough salads. I used to have low B12 and switched to beetroots/garlic in my meals and that disappeared. All about balance I guess. Staples are basmati rice/dhal/salad/curries.

Thanks for the update.@prod
@Herr der Verboten just disappeared, not banned. Some of us were discussing him so he may have been offended.

I tried a 100% raw food diet for a few months & the energy & mental clarity was incredible buy joh...it's hard to socialize where food is involved because you eat some processed or sugary food and you feel really kak. Also once I had a work function while on carnivore, and ate pizza with everyone resulting in cold sweat and a trip to the bathroom in case I was going to be sick - fortunately didn't.
