I want to sell at 40, I made up my mind. I will buy below 20 if it goes down again.

I wanted to sell and run off and then I remembered this is sexy Lonmin sex kitten we are talking about.

She ain't closing her doors yet and won't do so overnight.

I'ma ride this beast out, R40 or bust whichever comes first.

DIRECTORATE CHANGE

Lonmin Plc ("Lonmin" or the "Company") announces that Simon Scott will step down as Lonmin’s Chief Financial
Officer and as a Director. While the exact date on which Simon will leave the Board has not yet been determined, it
is expected that Simon will step down from the Board following the Company's Interim Results in May 2016.

Lonmin’s Nomination Committee is at an advanced stage in its search for a successor and an announcement will be
made in due course. After the Interim Results, Simon will continue to be involved in a transitional role.

Brian Beamish, Chairman of Lonmin said: "Over the past five and a half years Simon has played an important role
during a difficult period for Lonmin, both as CFO and Acting CEO. We are grateful to him for all his hard work and
commitment and wish him well in the future."

Simon Scott said: "After successfully completing last year's fundraising in an exceptionally challenging market, it is
now the right time for me to pursue other interests. I wish Lonmin every success in the future."
