The LONMIN share price thread

Thinking of dumping another R1k at it, if the price dips to 0.29 again

Rather invest in financially sound stocks. To be honest lonmin is a gamble, and there are all of factors to consider. Donyou care if you lo a e the R2.5k? Ir R1.5k yoh out down already.

My portfolio is stable as fuq over 26% gain so far.

I have two portfolios one is a stable long term

ETF's
plus Capitec, Discovery and Curro

Then I have a share share portfolio with no EFT's just 4 shares I Like plus one gamble

Lonmin is this Gamble.

I made a fck load of money on Trusco so I am using that to gamble in Lonmin

I would invest large sums of money in more stable stocks.

However I don't mind pissing a few hundred bucks away - if it fails then it fails, but if it climbs then I score big time...

You are not using easyequities.co.za so you pay through your a$$ in fees and unnecessary stuff

That aside, as Im busy with EA at the moment, with regards to FNB should I just leave this now to grow and not touch anything?

I think an equities thread ahould be Started . Maybe have certain people looking at sectors and monitoring which shares offer value etc.

I'm no pro here, but I don't see the appeal in FNB unless you dump a lump some like R100K in there and leave it untouched for 5 or so years then the fee's and costs doesn't matter much I guess.

But for "trading" essentially selling shares and buying short term can be a bit expensive on FNB that is why I left FNB, went to capitec and signed up with EeasyE and now my costs are <R6 per month.
