Ronaldo reiterates: No decision on club future

Cristiano Ronaldo insists he has still not decided on where he would like to be playing his club football next season.

The Portugal international has been the centre of the summer's biggest transfer saga, with Spanish giants Real Madrid keen admirers of the Manchester United winger.

United are adamant the 23-year-old is not for sale, but speculation about Ronaldo's future persists and the player himself admitted after helping Portugal open their Euro 2008 campaign with a 2-0 win over Turkey that he did not know where he will be plying his trade next season.

'I still don't know where I will play, I have not decided yet. I will talk after the European Championships,' he said in quotes reported by Spanish newspaper Marca

Ronaldo is adamant he is not letting the situation distract him from helping Portugal have a good tournament, though.

'I have convinced myself that I cannot worry about this, so I am calm,' he added.

Ronaldo was handed the Portugal captaincy during the second half of their victory over Turkey in Geneva, taking over the armband from Nuno Gomes.

On that, Ronaldo said: 'I've already been captain on a few occasions and, to tell the truth, the responsibility is always the same, but I am not going to lie and say that I don't like being captain of the national team.'

You are pathetic for not understanding the offside rule.I know 8 year olds that understand it yet you cant grasp the rule.

I wonder how many infractions it takes to get a ban?

LOL ya change the subject, as per normal.Ya ban me so there is one less person on the forum who understands the offside rule.

and who invited you in here ? getting bored talking to Kule all day long ?

imo, we need another Beckham in the team. He used to deliver crosses spot on to the strikers, and that is just as effective as CR running down 2-3 defenders.

Yip, he was awesome at that...You know he taught his best mate Gary Neville all he knew, so he is pretty good at crossing as well :)

Awesome!

We are back in business. And the offending posts have been removed :)

Who is going to the Vodacom Cup? I hear we are not bringing everyone....I am still going...Must get tickets asap...
