That particular song is terrible! Either pure dumb shock value, or some kind of magick social experiment...I won't listen to it again.

...But, I very recently heard the rest of the album, and every other song on there is actually pretty decent. If you like Rammstein's 'Mutter', some of it might strike a chord...but yeah, I'm told that each song is a thematic study of a particular perversion of one kind or another...
