Duke Nukem Forever took 14 years.

I really want to play Prey 2 though. It was available on preorder at bt games a few years ago. Can't guess how long that's going to take.

Mirror's Edge 2 is also taking some time.

Yep it is but I was trying to say that HL3 is becoming the next Duke Nukem Forever delayed game.

Never announced, in fact Gaben has said it will never be made.

So the delay on that one is exactly zero.

It's coming, just when we don't know.
