But that's the size of Win10 complete, it can't be that big.

It is, I must disappoint you. Every major edition was not incremental update, but a full image of OS installation disk (in ESD format).

There is still a bug in Windows Update which downloads ESD file, then program is crashing. The file is deleted and 10 minutes later it starts download again. It can repeat 3 times a day. Next day the same repeats again. I captured one ESD file, it was perfect download, converted it to ISO without errors. In result of ths bug, you can lose 10GB a day.

The only way to stop it is disabling Windows Update, download new ISO manually and run setup program from ISO. Windows Home users can't do it, they will have to cut Internet connection around the time when new version comes out and download ISO from different PC.

It will be a full update just like every insider preview update since the start of Windows 10 in October 2014 and also the TH1 to TH2 update last year.

Windows 10 updates killed my Driving force pro , I'm now stuck in an eternal loop of me installing old Logitech software which works and windows re-installing new software which does not. Thinking of tossing in the towel and moving to console games and linux as my main Os.
