The new rules for gyms under lockdown level 3

Back at the private gym. Not bothered by nonsense . They do take the sanitizing a little bit too far but at least I am allowed to train and gain unhindered.

how are any of these gyms surviving all this nonsense?
I thought by now many simply closed down shop and disappeared into nothing.

A better question is how do they, the gym, expect to operate with a airborne pandemic. I cancelled because airborne + pandemic virus + aysmptomatic = gonna be around for a long time even if they pushed vaccines. Good time to set up home gym.

  • Vigorous training equipment must be spaced a minimum of two metres apart;
  • Medium and low-intensity workouts must take place with a minimum distance of 1.5 metres at all times;
This is an example how governments try to confuse and complicate issues. Why not 2 metres for all, especially as vigorous training is not defined and therefore an elastic term.
Many people do not know what 2 metres are anyway. Why not have something like 'if the outstretched arms of both people can touch one is too close'.
Keep in mind that this assumes adequate internal building ventilation.. If i think back about how many times i go to the gym and the aircon is dead.. or even when it's working.. unless it was a more upmarket area, the aircon hardly made a difference.
