Was ready in 2 days. I love it, because it's plain. Biltong, for me, has always been about the meat flavour. Not the MSG laced additions.

(I'm sure I also love it because I made it ☺️)
 
One thing... DEFINITELY using Silverside or a 'long' cut next time. Getting all those bits double hooked was a hell mission! But sticking to snapsticks style for sure. I will also use plain malt vinegar next time. The apple cider is nice but a little 'aspris'.

kick people out the house ..and have discipline

a kg makes about 6 pieces for me and normally lasts a piece a day

LOL

I cut up the entire 2kg and placed in brown paper bags
I only got it twice for work as a snack the rest the kids had a feast :)
