Meatworld here: R190 a kilo.Small biltong shop close to my home tried to charge me R460 p/kg. Normal "geelvet" beef biltong.

The upgrade. Added inlet fans on the sides. Moved bulb to the bottom and turned top fan into exhaust sucking out.![]()
There's enough space to hang around the bulbyou arent concerned that the bulb will become an absolute mess and possibly smoke from the residue on it? is that an incandescent bulb?
