I'd go with the better resolution so after the MI8 won't feel like a massive downgrade.
 
Any place where one can get the Redmi Note 8 brand new in SA? Looking for a Xiaomi phone for another family member. Budget is R2400 though so anything around that range is welcome. Is the 9C the best one can get at the moment in that price bracket?

See if you can get the plain 9 not the 9C. Better battery and resolution.

That is R2900 landed. Also I won't go for a phone with 32GB internal storage these days, think 64GB should be the minimum even though you can expand with a sd card, certain apps like whatsapp dont play well when the internal storage is full.

Arrowos is realy simple which I like in a os. I ran lineageOS before it but the support just isnt there on my model and it still had some bugs. On arrowos the only bug I found was with setting a backround from the sd card. Otherwise its been very stable and I believe Ill stick with it over lineageOS.

Any official suppliers where I can buy the Redmi Note 10 Pro? Seems like only two suppliers I can find at the moment, BidorBuy or an online cell phone shop in Cape Town, looks like.

Im now on a 4GB phone with my Redmi 9T and it is fast, previous redmi is 2GB and furking slow, I would be wary of a 3GB phone nowadays.
 
Wife is loving her note 10 pro, she's had a 5 hour whatsapp video call and the battery was rock solid.
 
Is Vodacom stock of the Note 10 Pro single or dual sim?

Can I flash software on a single sim Note 10 pro and enable dual sim or is it a hardware issue?

Xiaomi mi band 6 problem?

I got the xiaomi mi band 6 as a present on Friday and twice now the green light that measure your heart rate has gone on and stayed on until i rebooted it, once on saturday and then again today.

Was bought from takealot, should i return it?
