The Official Xiaomi Thread

Now this is the bargain of the day, for the ultra daring people out there...

The Mi Mix 4 normally goes for R16,000+.

found a very interesting goods in Gearbest:Global Version Mi MIX4 Camera Face Recognition Fingerprint Unlock Phone 7.3 inch 16GB+1T Android 12 4G/5G 48MP+72M - 16GB 512GB black https://gearbest.app.link/sTewL2x5pob
That is not the Mi Mix 4 buddy, that is some generic phone.
Also, is Gearbest not dead, last time we all checked.?

Imagine spending 5k on a kaka Snapdragon 680 and R6300 on a MediaTek G96.

That Note 11 Pro with the Mediatek G96 is going to be neglected with updates.

I don't know what Xiaomi is smoking.

The Redmi Note 10 Pro looks like a better deal.

The problem is where does one draw the line?

Phones when they are released normally run quick and impress. The owner is happy.

Than the updates come and so do bugs and problems. Cause now people have been physically using the phone and the updates go downhill from there.

With these Note 11's incoming, my gut says next week Friday will be MIA's final stock clearance on their Note 10 Pro stock via their monthly Orange Friday sale....

The Global Note 11's are meh

I hope so. I've been on the fence for months, think I might finally buy one.

I have both the Redmi Note 10 Pro and Redmi 9c and find the 9c to be not far behind the Pro in normal usage. In fact the battery lasts longer. Had no issues at all from either phone. Definitely recommed the 9c, especially at its reasonable price of around R2 300.
