No, I see some are on sale on bid or buy but I don't know how safe it is, your best bet is to purchase one from a well known online store that will ship it to SA

Tried ADW as I purchased it a while ago. Developer seems not to support it anymore, and it do have a most annoying bug when using it on a Xiaomi device.

Xiaomi has theme designer website which will help you to design your themes , http://designer.xiaomi.com/

I'm not sure how you will load these onto the phone but i'm hopeful they tell you on the website

To use themes with nova, all you have to do is go to the themes app and download and apply the theme, remember to set nova as a default home launcher.

I just downloaded a bunch of themes from the MIUI theme store and remixed them to create a custom theme with the Customise option where you view your downloaded themes.
