Get the local stuff as a quick fix. Then get the fancy from Aliexpress.

Zasstra has the digitizer and screen for R165.99 and I think someone else in here said they have ordered one a while back, if I am not mistaken. I have not used them yet so I cannot vouch for them. You could maybe take the device and the part to a local cell shop to see if they could install it for you?
 
I saw a post on the MIUI forum app on my note 3 that MIUI9 is coming soon. Anyone else saw that? Cant find the post now. Wonder when dday is?

Yeah apparently it was mentioned last week by some at Xiaomi.

Not for the note 3, I've gotten a screen for Note 2 and the cell "repair" shop managed to break it completely :(.
I've emailed them to ask about the Note 3 screen as it might be the 150mm one but no reply.
 
Anyone got a Redmi Note 4 screen protector. Mate dropped his phone. Screen protector is caput.

Will pay for protector + shipping.
 
Have any of you come from a Samsung Note 4? Wondering what phone from Xiaomi to get next that will be similar in size but a decent upgrade. Otherwise I'll likely go the OnePlus 3T route

I am coming from a Note 4. I chose the OnePlus 3T, the size is not bad, and the specs are damn good considering the price. I just ordered the 3T yesterday
 
Better make haste on the 3T then, they are not producing anymore what you can buy is what's left in their warehouse.
 
I had a Samsung S6 edge. It twas a lovely phone but I only got half a day on battery. Got a snapdragon note 4 and omg this is an effing upgrade. 2 days of battery. Plus I play pokemon go with no overheating. Happy as hell. Xiaomi devices are amazing.

I came from an LG G4 to a Redmi Note 3, the shock of having a battery that lasts is amazing. My only gripe is the screens are really fragile.

After S4 and S5, I went to a Redmi Note 3 and have never been happier. My only single gripe is that the Samsung's have amazing camera's while the Xiaomi's are average but I have learnt to quickly play with settings to up the brightness and get the shot.

Xiaomi Camera's are fine, its the Software that sucks.
 
Ok, my Samsung Note 3 is now on its last...
When is the mi6 hitting the shores?

Or, what is the latest and greatest? and how does it compare to the Oneplus 5 in terms of its camera?
