Money did not come off from my account but why wouldn't it have since my card is there?

Money did not come off from my account but why wouldn't it have since my card is there?

Had the same crap when I bought a 3d Printer with Companies Standard Bank CC. Eventually gave up and used my own and claimed the money from the company.
Think it has to do with some kind of anti-fraud thing. On the company card when I buy from America I normally get a call from the bank during office hours asking if I would allow the transaction. When I say yes I have to redo the payment then it goes through. I never got such a call when I try to buy from China hence using my own card.

Depends if you can live a day or 2 with double charge. Paypal will reverse it, if you get charged and ask them to cancel no problem it might just a day or 2.
I'm in no rush, but should the payment then not have come off of my credit card yet?

I would also like to clarify that the R13.47 ZAR charge is the $1.00 USD test charge to check if the card you added is active. The charge is only temporary and this is the reason why you immediately received a refund for it.

Like I said there customer service rocks. That is why I only deal internationally via Paypal.

You can trust them. Not sure about EMS as I never used them.
I bought a TV box from them and I took the normal free 'china mail' , it arrived about 2 months later
Paid about R80 handling fees to SAPO.

Na I used the free shipping option to ship to aramex Depot in Hong Kong. No idea why they shipped it to Germany first
