Sadly not, but maybe try reach out to them on Twitter or any social media where they are active - posts in the public light tend to get given priority above emails that are sent to their support lines. Sad that this is how things work nowadays

Nope, hadn't had any calls/sms/email from them. I checked my spam box and nothing there. I will try calling them tomorrow.
So how does it usually work? Do they ask you for the invoice or do they already have invoice from gearbest?
