Thanks but don't feel confident enough. When I first fired it up It downloaded the latest MUI 11. My 4A is still going strong, it's just that I thought to treat myself to a Xmas present with a bit more real estate.

Pretty safe.

Thanks for your advice, however, I carried out this procedure before posting for assistance. Actually did it 3 times and still cannot get past their Terms and Conditions. i guess ill just have to wait and see what these guys have to say.

Still do, Note 8 stopped vibrating, posted recently above, still waiting for a response since the 17th to a direct email, their website form, and a phone call. None got back to me.

Still need to get round to a reset, just not in the mood currently.

Got my vacuum cleaner from loot today. Can't wait to test it out this weekend for the war against cat and dog hair.

I'd also like to get us one of these, but I am concerned with the vacuum navigating the 'lip' between rooms (we have laminate flooring throughout).

We have a smaller cheapie vacuum but it can only do one room at a time due to the ground clearance being too low for it to climb over the lips (0.3mm between most rooms and 10mm high at our patio area)

I’ve received a reply with an attachment to fill in details of purchase etc and where to collect. What I don’t like is the statement that all costs will be for my account. I’ve written to takealot saying I think it should be subject to their returns policy. Wait to see what happens.

I agree with the bolded part.

Takealot should honour the warranty and, ideally, send you a brand new device without sending you on a roundabout trip with the supplier.

They supplied a faulty device that seems to be an out-of-box failure and they should do the leg work for the warranty.

I've watched a few videos and read almost every review on takealot about the vacuum and it sounds like people can't find much fault with it. And i'm so tired of hair everywhere in the house every second day that I had to bite the bullet.

Hopefully it will be a blessing.

I've been looking at getting the K20 Pro from Gear Best but I am a bit concerned about the lack of OIS on the main shooter. Has anyone noticed any issues with the photo quality at all, either on the K20, Mi 9T or Mi 9? They all use the same camera setup it seems.

Abit of a weird question but does anyone know how to silence gmail. I know I need a google account to set up n android phone but is there a way to not have gmail run at all so that all emails are handled by a third party app. As it stands I have two apps all notifying me of the same emails and I just need one to run or be ontop of things.
