Seems Lineage 17.1 is ready for my Redmi 2 but I have to go through the TWRP updater.

I'm suffering on the Note 8... Ready to go back - waaay too buggy, random restarts, frequently. Random shutdowns. Broken camera, device not certified, etc... Way too unstable still, also tried multiple roms.

Are you using HavocOS? Saw some posts on XDA.
I'm using it too, so far the only bug I've come across is video recording. Everything else seems fine, so far.
