I have the note 10 pro I mentioned earlier in this thread but it has gotten progressively worse the camera randomly stops working and wont take pictures. It just shows a black screen.

I have tried calling MIA for a response but no answer.

I tried them they wanted me to take the phone which is fair but i didn't feel like missioning to Boksburg.
I tried MIA support but they are beyond useless. They dont answer the the customer care line.
I tried another number and was told to whatsapp my details also pointless they didn't reply until I asked if they answer messages.
End result I have logged a return to takealot and will not be buying another Xiaomi.

Highly doubt it, seeing it hasn't received miui 12.5 while miui 13 is currently rolling out

Redmi phones get at least 1 Android upgrade and 2 MIUI upgrades.

Generally, how much support a phone gets depends on the market segment \ cost.

Has anyone done the update on Miui 13 on their Note 10 pro. I did it last night. I am kinda hot and cold about it. It looks a lot smoother than before and snappy. Some nice additions here and there with the sidebar. But I do not see the "new control panel". The "new widgets" as well are extremely limited or am I doing something wrong here. Has anyone else had a different experience?
 
I couldn't wait for the update, so I went through the process of unlocking the bootloader, flashing TWRP recovery and installing EliteRom on my Note 10 pro about 2 weeks ago.
There are mostly background optimizations done, better battery life and such. Nothing much is different really, think I'll just wipe again and install stock 13.0.4.0
 
My father has a Redmi 9A, it has a 32GB memory but he only installed 4 apps and the memory is full.

I check his phone and apparently 23 GB is used by "other"

Its one month old and already giving problems

I have a 9C and it also has used by "other"
