The Official Xiaomi Thread

Only if your handset is the Global model.

Check on your "about phone" page. Double check with the MIUI version code.

Yeah mine is different it seems, its "Global" however under the MIUI version my code there is "SKDMIXM"

and looking at the site the latest ROM available for that particular variant is still only MIUI 13 android 12

@Dave you think there is a chance that they wont develop further versions for that variant if that's the case?

Hard to say, it's weird to have 2 Global versions with such similar firmware versions. I did search to try and find the difference between SKDMIXM and TKDMIXM but came up with nothing.

But it's a new phone, I'd be surprised if there wasn't updates for both.

One is stabile, one is a weekly. I think.

By the way the Xiaomi Note 12 Pro+5G (kak long name) and the Samsung A34 have the same processor.

I doubt the cameras and screen justify Mia charging 4k more. Xiaomi lost the plotScreenshot_20230609_073445_Chrome.jpg

You’re not comparing like for like.
The only difference is the Mia model has 8gb ram vs 6gb from Connected Devices.

256gb Mia Model vs 128gb from Connected Devices.

They have the same processor.

People need to get their head checked if they are spending 10k on a basic Xiaomi with a dimensity 1080

Irrelevant.

Not just Xiaomi, any phone for that matter. Paying R10k locally for a $269 phone is just stupid.

Anyone found replacement batteries for the Xiaomi robot vacuum cleaners locally? I'm looking for one for the G1.
