Have the same issue with a USB Sound card.

I tried using an older router, d-link dsl-g225 and I'm having no luck. Whenever I change settings and apply them the i get the a blank default gateway on ipconfig...

Okay, removed drivers, reinstalled, drivers, rebooted, shutdown, rebooted, changed settings in the driver interface, shutdown, rebooted, reverted changes in the driver interface, rebooted. Viola!!! it now works.

But 44.1kHz and 96kHz audio files are being reported as being played back at 48kHz ... , I fail to understand, however, but will accept for now, will sort out that issue some other time, I can for now at least, listen to my music.

Set a static IP to it, turn off DHCP and set the ssid to the same as the other one but 5 channels up or down.
 
Looking for some advice... haven't built anything in many years and I'm unsure of the RAM I bought... actually starting to think I grabbed the wrong ones in my rush and late night ordering.

Going with ASUS GAMING TUF X570 Plus motherboard and Ryzen 7 3800x CPU.
The RAM I got form Wootware was the G.SKIL RIPJAWS V F4-3200C16D-32GVK (16-18-18-38 1.35v)

Can anyone tell me if I should exchange or will it work with my build?

Yes the ram will work, but for best performance AMD like the 3600 ram
