Gamersnexus and I think Jaztwocents did videos on Ryzen voltages in cluding an app that can tell you the actual voltage. Forget the name but check it out.

Ryzen master? I am aware of it, there are also ram tuning calculators too.

For RAM timing those are useful, was referring specifically for voltage monitoring, as the board doesn't accurately report voltage usage in some cases, hence the overvlolting.

Oh no I'll defs be using something to monitor the CPU more accurately - Ryzen Master and I'll have a look for more untils after work today

If it's the same thing I'm thinking of then the app hasn't been released yet, was suppose to come out this month sometime. Google: ClockTuner for Ryzen (CTR) by Yuri "1usmus"

Yea that's the one I was thinking of. Didn't realise it still wasn't released.

Something interesting about some older hardware. This is an old A75 motherboard for AMD budget CPU's (socket FM1 APUs, Athlons) and I remember it being pretty cheap when I built my brother's PC. But look at it -

In the right corner there, you can see a post code LED (which displays CPU temp after posting)
It has buttons on the motherboard for reset, clear CMOS and power.
5 fan headers
dual BIOS

Pretty nuts for a budget-oriented motherboard.

Managed to get my buds R5 3600 to run at 4.25ghz at 1.28v, FCLK at 1900mhz, Mem timing CL14 14 14 - I adjusted a lot of secondary timings as well. Oddly enough seems to game better with SMT off. Ran into temp and voltage(GPU Draw) issues, so I dialed back the voltage and the clocks

Look they skimped on the Power delivery, looks like it only has 8 phases under the heatsink. Considering Recent AM4 MSI budget-friendly boards this one is fully loaded with specs I'd actually want

It was designed for FM1-compatible CPUs so the power delivery and heatsinks are overkill, really.

Hi Guys.. Please can you assist me best budget build to edit 4k footage on pc.

Puget Systems have a good reputation for building computers for these types of applications. You can browse their builds by the specific software you intend to run in order to get some inspiration.
