Sjoe, but suppliers are strict with their GPU sales.
However, managed to get 8 x 3060Ti's in a single order :giggle:

Hello all. New to SA.
I am looking to get a mid range PC custom build for gaming. I don’t want to do myself so need an expert to do it

Any suggestions on which outlets are trust worthy and provides best value for money.

Thanks!! Amazon seems so full of scalpers I never know if it’s actually a decent price as places like curry’s or Argos never have stock to compare against and try force you into a prebuilt machine.

Amazon you can filter sellers to exclude all except for amazon themselves.

Only reason I mention them - as you seem to want to build your own - is because a YouTuber who's a Windows administrator spoke very highly of them about 2 years ago when he spec'd out a PC and they deilvered it to him within 4 days ... at very competitive prices to a website he was checking pricing against.

He takes his long 3 to 4 hour streams down soon after doing them ; that's why he doesn't have any posted, but he's very entertaining when he does them.

Found their custom builds quite limiting. Same story with most builders, tbh. Only bonus is that it usually comes with a warranty and you don't have to build the machine. But once you include the labour cost, it still works out cheaper to build it yourself, and you have a wider selection of parts to choose from to spec it exactly how you want to.

Of course, prebuilts were hugely popular during the pandemic because it was literally the only way to get your hands on a GPU. But things are mostly back to normal now, so no real reason for an avid PC enthusiast to buy a prebuilt.
