If you want small and quiet as possible and no lights what are some good case options?

By small I don't mean those tiny form factor cases just not those giant cases some people use. It must be able to use normal power supplies and take a full sized GPU.
Well small doesn't necessarily bode well for airflow, which will make fans spin louder.

There a few decent "compact" mid-towers around but they're not that small...you save a few cm's in height and depth. The Phanteks P300A and FD Meshify C are probably your best bet.

Ideally I am looking at Rahane build… and 500gb SSD and external hard drive….

Prices in SA are crazy…. My friends are able to build a strong PC within 2,000 AUD $…..

Rahane?

I selected the same items on au.pcpartpicker.com and the total is AUD$1104.84 or R11974.00 so ~R400 difference. (We pay 15% VAT vs their 10% GST)

The build I did and asked questions about just before you did has the Ryzen 5 5600G CPU in it. the integrated GPU on that slightly outperforms a 1030. That could help you build up something semi-decent and add a GPU later when the budget is replenished.

This is a test of PUBG on a 1030
As you can see it is playable on a 1030 and the 5600G is better than that as per this benchmark https://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Nvidia-GT-1030-vs-AMD-RX-Vega-8-5000-iGPU/m283726vsm1415260

Sorry I mean Ryzen, auto correct! Lol

I am just consolidating requirements for custom Build PC..and will share and would be great to get your input on how much it will end up costing me….

You plan on building a new 20k PC to play PUBG mobile on PC with an emulator?

Ryzen 5 5600x build will be ~R1000 more.

Any better alternative? I love the game but I am not good on mobile device or iPad….

So want to give PC a try…. My understanding is that to get the same level of experience like mobile, most ppl use emulator?

That's like riding your motorbike downhill to get the same level of experience as a cyclist....

The mobile version is very much inferior to the PC version of the game.

Why don't you want to play the pc version?

I have friends playing via emulator or on mobile …. Can I play with them if I have a PC version? I assume no?

No, crossplay only works between iOS&Android, PS&Xbox so only different mobile users can play together and only different console users can play together.

I guess if I use emulator, I can play with users playing on mobile?

I just installed Gameloop emulator with pubg and it said it's only matching me with other emulator players. Not sure about other emulators but google generally says no.

I remember reading something like that a couple of years ago.

I tried playing pubg mobile, and it was terrible. You don't see how bad the graphics really are until you play it on a larger screen. The input is also not like you would think an FPS works on PC. It works the way an FPS works on mobile, but you just use your mouse to drag instead of your finger.

My friends can miss me with that mobile FPS BS.

Looking for a good enough PSU to power a MSI RX580, my current GX550 (10 years old) isn't powering the card anymore. Might be due to fried power cables. I've tested the card at Matrixwarehouse and it runs with other PSUs.

Is this worth it,
Raidmax Vortex 700W Bronze Non-Modular PSU or Thermaltake PS-LTP-0650NPCNEU-2 Litepower 650W (230V) Power Supply

And how difficult is it to do cable management on a non modular PSU?

Something to note. My pc, aside from the GPU is almost 10 years old. I will be building a new mid range build but for now want to buy the PSU and maybe the case.

This is what I found m…

Yes. The people who use BlueStacks emulator will be matched with players using Mobile devices. The players using Tencent Gaming Buddy will be matched with players using Tencent Gaming Buddy. Although this can be changed by using Local Team or inviting Friends to play with you.

looks like it’s possible if I use Bluestacks

Yes

Yes it may not compete with the best but we are a group of friends with some using emulators and some mobile….

and want to create a PUBG group and play late nights….so I need to compromise on the quality….

But I agree with what you saying!!
