No gotcha, but it might be UEFI or something?
If I did have an issue, it was so quick and easy to fix with a google search that I don't even remember it.

That means it’s time to exit the market asap with older cards that used to sell for a mint, that card is virtually head on with the 2070. They’ve come down to R6299 on sale a while back if I remember correctly?

With video editing is there anything the 2070 will do better than the 3060?

The case is fine, but you really want a case with better airflow, so a mesh front is ideal, otherwise something with some ability to breathe.

Phanteks P400A, P500A.
Fractal Torrent.

P400A is what I currently have. For the extra R180 you get airflow and 3 fans. A no brainer in my opinion.

I found many if not all of the mesh fronts, have no flippn bay for a DVD writer. Most of these boxes just don't have any place for any drives at all. This was one of the few I could find.

DVD Writer? My man, it's 2022, what the hell you need that for?

Honestly, I'd rather get a decent case and an external DVD writer for the 1 DVD a year you need to write.

But also, a DVD writer? It's 2022!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm not saying you can't have one, I just don't understand the need for one these days..

Certainly makes case choice more difficult. Give me a sec.

Because I have a lot of dvd's and I don't want to have to deal with external bits! I'm old school and I like having the dvd writer/reader in the pc, I can just pop in a disc and watch or play.

Edit: OK hang on a sec. How much are these external dvd writers? I'm not saying I'm 100% against using one I'm just saying I've never thought about it.

But then if I don't have any internal drive bays, I have to get a docker for my other drivers or start fighting with cables and mounting them externally. It all adds up.

Yeah that was before I saw the case, I can see where the two other drives spaces are now.
 
Hi everyone. So I asked once before about the value of my pc and input on whether I should sell mine and build a new one once I emigrate or pack the parts in my suitcase and sell the case. I'm asking again as my plans are now definite and I will actually be leaving. It has been a few months and now that prices are dropping, I wanted to ask the same. I will be leaving Early August.

Majority of the parts are only 14 months old and still have warranty

CPU: Intel Core i7-10700k
GPU: Gigabyte RTX 3070 OC
RAM: 32GB Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 3200Mhz
Motherboard: Asus Prime Z490-P
CPU Cooler: Fractal Design Celsius S24 Liquid Cooler
Case: Phanteks P500A
PSU: Super Flower 750W 80+ Gold
HDD1: Western Digital Blue 1TB
SSD1: Hikivision 1TB NVMe
SSD2: Hikvision 512GB

1st Monitor: AOC AGON G2460PG-2 24" 144Hz
2nd Monitor: LG 25UM58 25" UltraWide Full HD IPS Monitor

I had considered packing everything except the case in my suitcase and monitors, but apparently FlySafair doesn't allow it, according to them.

I am taking a FlySafair flight from DBN to JHB and then Turkish from JHB. Turkish advised that the parts in the suitcase is fine.

I don't mind selling and building a new pc there, but is it worth it now and not to mention the whole shipping issue.

Thanks for any input/advice!
