If you ever suggest to someone they should buy a 4060Ti and they end up doing so, I will have you banned for incompetence.
:-P I know but have you seen the prices, I guess a 7600?

It must be able to play Cyberpunk, GTA 6, Starfield, Death Stranding 2 and run the latest unreal engine in ultra graphics and support all the latest technology such as raytracing and whatever directx is next.
100k

So 50K for high end?
Semi-reasonable high-end:

Slightly more fiscally responsible option:

If Ray-Tracing is important to you then you're looking at nVidia for future proofing and that throws your budget quite a bit. The 7900XTX can do it fairly well, but the nVidia cards are far better at it.

Also, do not buy a graphics card with 8GB of VRAM now. We are already hitting that limit at 1080p with current games so there is exactly no future-proofing with that. You want 12GB as a minimum and ideally 16GB or 20GB.

As an aside, I'm running a 7800X3D in a B650 Gaming X AX motherboard. There are features the X670 chipset has which may be of benefit to you potentially, but I see no benefit for myself as a gamer which is why I went B650. Temps, performance etc have been rock solid.
Also, AM5 does not like to go above DDR5-6000. It can be done, but there is basically no benefit to doing so. Rather go for lower latency kits, than faster kits, when it comes to AM5. Different story for Intel.

But of budget was not a big concern. Intel + Nvidea is a still a solid choice in future tech and support?

If you want the fastest available, it’s the 7800x3D and 4090.

The high end AMD cards are extremely fast. They’re not at 4090 levels, but they’re insanely quick at a far lower price.

Sweet spot is probably 7800x3D and 7900XTX or 4080.

But to answer your question, Intel+nvidia is a solid choice. There aren’t really bad products at the moment; just bad pricing on some of them. Besides the 4060Ti. That’s an unroadworthy taxi.

It's just to give me an idea of the latest tech. Definitely need to be able to support RayTrace and future tech. It seems like AMD is still in the shadow of Nvidea. Bummer.

Regarding features it seems NVIDIA is always a generation ahead like with DLSS and then Frame Generation. It takes time for AMD to catch up and they never exceed them.

Frame Generation is so good, wish it was in every game. Played many hours with it enabled on my 4090 and it is VERY hard to tell the difference between native and frame generation enabled. Much smaller than the difference between native and DLSS/FSR.

R60K just to build a decent PC that will last what maybe 3-4 years? Prices are insane ATM and the Dollar / Rand exchange is surely not helping.
